The
Accounting Clerk will perform all or
some of the
following Job description:

Responsible for revenue audit and
customer billing inquiry calls
-
Support
other accounting positions
-
Complete revenue audit daily
-
Manage all revenues for the
company's PMS and POS systems.
-
Ensure
that revenues and statistics are
recorded timely and accurately.
-
Research and correct
errors in out of balances between
systems
-
Ensure proper adjustment
and comp packets are routed to
department heads for review
-
Make
and receive calls with customers,
clients, or guest
-
Handle all
company
guest billing inquiries.
-
Research and
resolve all disputes.
-
Print and fax
customers or clients' folios
-
Research and respond to
all credit card inquiries and charge
backs within time limits set by credit
card companies, processing the necessary
adjustments when required.
