Job Summary:
The
Accounts Payable Analyst will oversee
the payroll general ledger reporting for
the Payroll function. Incumbent will
ensure data integrity of the payroll
general ledger interfaces and provide
operational guidance to Company payroll
operations. Job
Description:
The
Accounts Payable Analyst will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Oversee the Payroll Accounting
functions for the Company Payroll
Services
-
Ensure data integrity of the
automated mechanical payroll general
ledger interfaces for the Legacy and
PeopleSoft Payroll systems by
working with the Company Payroll
offices
-
Ensure timely Payroll general ledger
account reconciliations completed in
accordance with the defined Company
schedules and required standards (SLA)
-
Ensure that required general ledger
adjusting entries have obtained
required Sr. Mgr. Approval
-
Provide guidance to Company payroll
operations for general ledger
reporting, when exceptions arise
-
Participate with Change Management
team to design, develop, test and
implement any accounting updates or
changes to the Legacy and PeopleSoft
systems.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Accounts Payable Analyst Job

years of previous payroll accounting
experience

2-3
years of supervisory or project
management experience

Strong verbal and written
communication skills

Ability to multi-task and meet
critical payroll deadlines

Excellent analytical abilities,
problem solving skills and
demonstrated attention to detail

Strong customer service skills
-
Self-motivated and ability to work
independently, and also be an
integral part of a cooperative-team
effort.
