The
Drop Ship Accounting Manager will perform all or
some of the
following Job description:

Manage staff of 8-10 associates
-
Establish annual team and individual
goals
-
Hire,
train, coach, and evaluate team
members, address employee relations
issues
-
Act
as mentor for team members to ensure
each employee maximizes their
potential
-
Lead
team to meet department goals of
providing exceptional customer
service by eliminating or reducing
defects, implementing process
improvements, and optimizing working
capital
-
Act
as approver and auditor for drop
ship financial transactions
-
Meet
departmental objectives by
monitoring production metrics and
quality assurance
-
Communicate with key suppliers and
internal customers to resolve
pending issues and facilitate strong
working relationships
-
Champion new initiatives and act as
a catalyst for change.

reconciliations, month end close and

3+ years experience in Accounting

Supervisory
experience
-
Accounts Payable operations
experience
-
Microsoft Office experience (excel,
Word and PowerPoint), SAP
-
Degree in Accounting or combination
of degree and relevant work
experience

CPA and/or CMA license.
