The
Manager-Alternative Investments
Accounting will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Responsible for overseeing the
daily, weekly and monthly Hedge Fund
accounting functions of a group of
(8-15) Investment Accountants
-
Prepare and/or review annual and
semi-annual shareholder reports and
monthly financial statements
-
Assist with the preparation of tax
returns, semi-annual reports to the
SEC, proxies, registration
statements, and year-end audit
analysis schedules.

Ability to meet deadlines and
accuracy

Ability to work in fast-paced
environment, and balance the
routines imposed by regulations with
the changing daily requirements of
client hedge funds, custodians, and
prime brokers

Strong facility with numbers and
accounting frameworks

years job related experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and
Excel
-
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills

Strong leadership skills.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
Finance, Business Administration or
Economics
