The Manager of Investment Accounting  will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Responsible for GAAP and Statutory accounting and reporting for private equity/hedge fund investments, and derivative instruments

• Oversee and assist in preparation of the monthly/quarterly close process which includes: asset and income reconciliations, journal entry postings, GAAP and Statutory investment schedules, board reports, rating agency surveys, preparation of financial statements, and various management reports

• Ensure department compliance on Sarbanes-Oxley and other audit objectives.

• Six years experience

• Strong Excel Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
