Job
Description:
The
Senior Associate Accounting will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Perform a variety of billing and
accounting functions such as;
invoicing, compiling, sorting, and
verifying documents
-
Record and reconcile client
accounting entries and documents
supporting detail
-
Perform data entry and a variety of
entry level accounting functions
-
Perform heavy research of
client/account inquiries, request
and gather supporting documentation
to resolve variances
-
Compile and review a variety of
reporting to ensure the accuracy of
invoices and assists with the month
end close process
-
Check
invoices for accuracy and release
credit balance checks.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Senior Associate Accounting Job
-
1-3
years accounting clerical experience
or equivalent
-
Experience in one or more of the
following disciplines: general
accounting, accounts payable,
accounts receivable and/or billing
-
Solid
written and verbal communication
skills
-
Basic
understanding of standard accounting
procedures
-
PC
skills with window environments,
including experience working with
spreadsheets.
