Senior Associate Accounting

Job Description:

The Senior Associate Accounting will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Perform a variety of billing and accounting functions such as; invoicing, compiling, sorting, and verifying documents

  • Record and reconcile client accounting entries and documents supporting detail

  • Perform data entry and a variety of entry level accounting functions

  • Perform heavy research of client/account inquiries, request and gather supporting documentation to resolve variances

  • Compile and review a variety of reporting to ensure the accuracy of invoices and assists with the month end close process

  • Check invoices for accuracy and release credit balance checks.
     

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Senior Associate Accounting Job

  • 1-3 years accounting clerical experience or equivalent

  • Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and/or billing

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic understanding of standard accounting procedures

  • PC skills with window environments, including experience working with spreadsheets.
     

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Senior Associate Accounting Job

  • High School Diploma.
