The Senior Manager Accounting will perform monthly and quarterly close process; prepare financial and management reports and procedures, understand the actual results including both balance sheet and income statement impact of partnerships and consolidated investments, and present findings and specific recommendations to senior management and portfolio managers.

The Senior Manager Accounting will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Understand and explain the actual financial results of company's equity portfolio

• Perform as finance representative for business functional leaders

• Participate in all planning and closing

• Responsible for managing necessary audits and related financial statement preparation for consolidated investments

• Responsible for managing STAT team for annual statutory filings

• Participate in closing, reporting, and account reconciliation processes.
   

• Knowledge of financial statement preparation and audits

• Knowledge of GECC financial analysis experience

• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion

• Organized and results oriented - process thinker

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of the
  Organization.

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of related work experience
• Proficiency in Excel modeling
• CPA
• Accounting degree (undergrad / graduate)
