Job Summary:

The Technical Accounting & Policy Manager is responsible for global accounting policy and technical accounting.  

Job Description:

The Technical Accounting & Policy Manager will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Evaluate and implement new accounting guidance as well as influence activities in the development of U.S. accounting standard setting

  • Perform accounting and policy training for the global finance team

  • Responsible for the resolution of accounting and policy issues

  • Provide cross-functional accounting support

  • Manage the resolution of complex accounting issues

  • Implement and monitor financial accounting policies.
     

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Technical Accounting & Policy Manager Job

  • Extensive understanding of and experience in the application of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation to all levels of the organization

  • Proven influencing, leadership, and organization skills

  • Strong team player, foster a positive and collaborative work environment

  • Demonstrated project management, multitasking and problem solving skills

  • Extensive technical accounting experience.
     

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Technical Accounting & Policy Manager Job

  • MBA or CPA.
