Job Summary:
The
Temporary Trust Accounting Assistant is
responsible for providing operational
support to trust company accounts;
finalizing security trades, processing
receipts, distributions and system daily
downloads, as well as recording outside
custody entries.
Job
Description:
-
Reconcile outside custody statements
to Company’s internal trust
accounting system
-
Establish security records as needed
on the trust accounting system
-
Responsible for recording
disbursement transactions, receiving
income, and processing trades and
various types of other securities
transactions
-
Daily
check and ACH processing and bank
deposits
-
Reconcile incoming and outgoing cash
for each bank on a daily basis
-
Reconcile main suspense account for
each bank on a monthly basis
-
Process and mail client statements
-
Provide continuous review of
processes to ensure compliance with
regulatory/audit requirements.

experience
