Job Description:

The Limousine Driver will perform all or some of the following duties & responsibilities:

  • Proactively greet, interact, and assist resort staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment

  • Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction

  • Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task

  • Practice teamwork, create a positive work environment, greet fellow employees and thank them when they lend assistance

  • Remain courteous and professional while handling demanding situations with guests, traffic and other vehicles on the road

  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, procedures, and standards

  • Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended

  • Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, no matter how busy or time of day

  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times

  • Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction

  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas

  • Provide excellent service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes

  • Own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest’s satisfaction

  • Be knowledgeable of Hotel information to answer guest inquiries

  • Identify and report defects throughout the Hotel; notify supervisors immediately of hazards, injuries, equipment or processes that negatively affect the operations

  • Participate in the property’s sustainability initiative through energy conservation and the use of recycling programs and materials

  • Ensure Hotel property and equipment is properly used and maintained

  • Protect and utilize Hotel assets in a responsible and professional manner

  • Drive in a safe and courteous manner

  • Obey all traffic and driving regulations

  • Follow designated procedures for vehicle breakdowns and accidents

  • Assist passengers safely in and out of vehicle

  • Maintain conversation with passengers according to their needs

  • Carry, load and unload luggage

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Limousine Driver Job

  • 1 year of professional driving experience
  • 1 year of guest service experience
  • 6 months of experience with two-way radios
  • Familiar with City area
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
  • Previous experience driving luxury limousines
  • Familiarity with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
  • Knowledge of Department and Hotel goals.

  • 18 years of age

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs

The Limo Driver will be responsible for providing transportation to VIP players and employees utilizing property vehicles. He/She will ensure friendly, prompt and efficient service at all times.

Job Description:

The Limo Driver will perform all or some of the following duties & responsibilities:

  • Safely transport passengers adhering to all rules and regulations set forth by the U.S. Department of Transportation and the state

  • Comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Regulations for passenger carrier operations
