Description:
The
RN - Clinical Nurse will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Plan
for, deliver, document and evaluate
nursing care of patients in an
assigned area in terms of their
individuals needs, according to
physician's orders and in
conformance with approved and
recognized nursing standards of
care, recognized nursing techniques
and procedures and administrative
policy
-
Direct activities of assigned
nursing personnel in such care
-
Observe, assess and report on the
condition of patients
-
Maintain accurate and timely
documentation of care, reflecting
patient's condition, treatment, and
response to care
-
Uphold the standards of the
system-wide customer service
program.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For RN - Clinical Nurse Job
-
Thorough knowledge of nursing theory
and practice, including basic
knowledge relating to nursing such
as biological, physical,
psychosocial, and medical sciences
and their applications
-
Thorough knowledge of the use and
care of instruments, equipment and
supplies related to nursing service
-
Thorough knowledge of the theory and
principles of medical asepsis
-
Ability to maintain positive working
relations with other employees and
medical staff
-
High
degree of physical coordination and
finger-hand dexterity
-
one
year experience in area of clinical
interest.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For RN - Clinical Nurse Job

Graduate of an accredited school of
professional nursing (or one seeking
accreditation)
-
Current registered nurse licensure
in the State of job application
-
Current BLS certification or obtain
within 90 days of hire.
