The Clinical Nurse B will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Perform nursing process with minimal supervision

• Seek assistance as necessary

• Utilize discretion and independent judgment in applying the nursing process to the provision of age-specific and developmentally appropriate quality patient care

• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff

• Applies theoretical concepts to clinical practice and continually expands knowledge base and clinical skills with a focus in area of specialty

• Utilize interpersonal skills to maximize excellence in customer service, safe patient care, and professionalism

• Contribute to a work environment of caring and cooperation among a culturally diverse workforce and patient population

• Perform other duties as needed.

• Clinical experience

• Ability to read

• Ability to write legibly

• Ability to speak with professional quality.

• Registered Nurse (RN)

• Active State RN License and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
