The Clinical Nurse IV (Infusion) will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Provide specialized infusion therapies and professional nursing services to patients and caregivers at home or in alternative settings.

• At least two years experience in a specialty involving infusion therapy, including patient assessment skills, venous access skills and emergency patient care
• One to two years of recent clinical experience in home infusion therapy
• Previous home infusion experience.

• Requirements: BS in Nursing, AD or diploma in Nursing.
  Current Licensure as a registered nurse in the state

• Certification in intravenous Therapy or Oncology by a nationally recognized credential body or eligible for certification
