Job
Description:
The
Dialysis Registered Nurse will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Coordinate and administer nursing
care to patients while working with
the nephrologist,
patient/family/significant other and
other members or the
multidisciplinary team utilizing the
nursing process which involves
assessment of the patient's
physical, psychosocial, and
spiritual needs, creating and
implementing an individualized plan
of care, which includes education
and discharge planning, and
evaluating the patient's response to
care.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Dialysis Registered Nurse Job

Dialysis experience
-
Current State RN Licensure or able
to obtain

Basic
Life Support certification
-
Advanced Cardiac Life Support
certification encouraged
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Dialysis Registered Nurse Job

Graduate of an accredited school of
nursing
- 2
years experience as RN in Med/Surg,
ICU or other appropriate units
preferred.
