The Health and Wellness Nurse will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Perform individual health and disease management counseling to the employees of the company

• Provide participation and outcome statistics for all wellness initiatives

• Assist with clinical care of patients.

• Experience in a corporate health center setting

• Two years of health-related program planning and delivery experience

• Strong data analytical skills and ability to define program

• Ability to present results in electronic format

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Excellent clinical skills with emergency room, ambulatory care or similar experience preferred

• Ability to function independently within the RN scope of practice.

• Bachelor’s degree
