The Immunization and Wellness Program Nurse is responsible for providing positive public relations between agency and community and promoting positive professional image of agency. 

The Immunization and Wellness Program Nurse will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Administer immunizations at community-based clinics and corporations

• Manage daily operations at clinic sites

• Complete documentation and financial processes related to clinics.

• 2 years of medical-surgical experience, including one year in a setting that utilizes nursing assessment skills

• Ability to handle and carry equipment and/or supplies weighing up to 25 lbs.

• BS in Nursing, AD or Diploma in Nursing

• Current licensure as a Nurse

• CPR.
