The Nurse Manager Infusion will perform all or some of the following Job description:

• Deliver personalized comprehensive oncology care to patients through the nursing process, combining therapeutic use of self, innovative technology and collaboration among patients, families and health care professionals

• Responsible and accountable for providing leadership to licensed and non-licensed staff as demonstrated by prescribing, delegating, and coordinating oncology nursing care for optimum patient outcomes.   

• Experience with oncology patients in a setting that administers chemotherapy infusions

• Two years of RN clinical supervisory/management experience in an acute health care setting

• 5 years clinical nursing experience

• Knowledgeable and demonstrate competency in current nursing practices.

• BSN
• Current State Registered Nurse License or eligible for immediate PA licensure
• CPR/BLS and ACLS Certifications required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• OCN Certification.
