Job
Description:
The
Team Member Health Nurse will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Perform pre-placement screening,
drug free workplace policy
compliance and testing

Post
exposure and team member injury
follow up
-
Perform annual health screenings
-
Perform leave of absences (FMLA)
coordination and tracking
-
Perform fit for duty evaluations,
and extensive computer
documentation.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For Team

Associate Degree, Nursing

Current State RN License.
