The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for executing an aggressive sales strategy.

The Outside Sales Representative will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Responsible for generating new business

  • Present Company products and services to current and potential customers

  • Close new accounts

  • Work closely with internal management and clients and ensure a sales success. 

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill For Outside Sales Representative Job

  • 2-3+ years sales experience

  • Ability to hit the ground running and close deals quickly

  • Strong sales skills including prospecting, forecasting, pitching, presenting, and closing large deals

  • Proven track record at business planning and achieving measurable goals

  • Ability to create dynamic, complex, highly targeted proposals customized to the specific needs of the customer

  • Contract negotiation experience

  • Outstanding people skills. Strong in-person, written and oral communication skills

  • Strong organizational and analytic skills

  • Self motivated with a strong ability to support and motivate others

  • Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent self-management skills

  • Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and internet proficiency.

Minimum Education Requirements / Certification / Licensure For Outside Sales Representative Job

  • University, College, or Technical Degree.
