planning and scheduling of activities
performed for the operation of a complex
real-time system.

Mission Operations Scheduler will perform
all or some of the following Job

He/She will develop conclusions
and implement solutions
Coordinate the near-term schedule
for an operational system and
support re-planning for contingency
and emergency operations
Participate
in the development of engineering
processes, methods and tools
The
Mission Operations Scheduler will
consistently and proactively work
with team members to solve complex
problems.

Skill For Mission Operations Scheduler Job

The
Mission Operations Scheduler should have experience
in de-confliction of system assets and
resources for a 24x7 operational system

Ability to adjust to changing
priorities, multiple demands and crises

The
Mission Operations Scheduler must
have strong analytical skills and
ability to demonstrate strength in attention to
detail

Familiarity with Unix and
Windows environments

Experience working in a real-time
operations environment desired
He/She must possess the ability to
collect, organize, synthesize and
analyze data
The
Mission Operations Scheduler should
be
able
to problem solve in a clear and
concise manner, have strong
communication skills and be able to
work independently with minimal
supervision.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Mission Operations Scheduler Job

Level 3 - Technical bachelor's degree
and typically 5 or more years' related
work experience or a Master's degree
with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD
degree or an equivalent combination of
education and experience. A technical
degree is defined as any four year
degree, or greater, in a mathematic,
scientific or information technology
field of study

Level 4 - Technical
bachelor's degree and typically 9 or
more years' related work experience or a
Master's degree with typically 7 or more
years' or a PhD degree with typically 4
or more years' related work experience
or an equivalent combination of
education and experience

The
Mission Operations Scheduler should
possess System Operations
certification.
